Aikido in Harrow

Welcome to Harrow's premier Aikido club.


Aikido is a practical and effective defensive martial art working by using the attackers force back against them. It is a subtle art as the idea is to blend with an attack and re-direct it, rather than brute force blocking and counter striking.

It is suitable for men and women, large or small, as physical size and strength are not requirements.

Aikido is an extremely efficient self defence system utilising balance-taking and posture-breaking movements to achieve joint locks, pins and throws.

Our classes are for over 18's. We don't run any childrens classes at present.
Please feel free to come along and visit - join in or just watch if you prefer.

Our training nights are:
Tuesday at Harrow Club - 8pm to 10pm
NEW - Coming soon - from 15/02/2012 - Wednesday at Harrow Club - 8pm to 10pm
Thursday at Pinner Club - 8pm to 10pm
